I mean I doubt that guy was any affiliated with laborghini the way he was talking. So just some rich dude? IDK, but either way what's the problem? He was driving at safe distances before Audi showed up, and he already got tons of footage so at that point there's no reason to try and block it.

I'm confused why they care? It's fairly obvious he just wants to film the new car. Maybe that guy is paranoid with people after him? Then don't drive a brand new lambo though, so I doubt that's the case.

No. The camera-touch constitutes physical assault. The Audi jackassery counts as reckless driving. The trying to beat (what I think) is an Impreza in a straight line counts as reckless driving. The driver's recording counts as free speech under his First Amendment rights. This is, indeed, a 911 instance.

Yes. At the point the call was made the chaser was in no danger of harm. He could have driven away and that would have been the end of it.

Guy yelled at him for driving stupid, even though that Audi that the Lambo owner called in to hide his car was driving faaarrr worse then him (notice Audi not using signals, the camera car was (you can hear them with audio)) Lambo owner yells, shoves camera, camera guy calls 911 on them (I would too, they drove way worse then him, its on camera, and that last push could be taken as assault)

Recording in public is fine, it happens.

I stopped being on the recorders side however when he said he was following the car for 45 minutes.

The Huracan isn't in prototype form anymore. It isn't secret. It is public knowledge and will be hitting the streets soon enough if it hasn't already (our local dealer said they'll be getting customer cars in freaking July). So, is our recorder just overly excited over a car that has already been revealed, dissected and is being spotted all over the place without dealer or manufacturer plates?

Get your video and photos, it doesn't take that long, and move on. Why chase the guy constantly? You know what Huracan driver sees (And I don't excuse his behaviour either), he sees a young punk in a BRZ trying to get overly close to the quarter million dollar car. what person wants that kind of shenanigans near them? No one.

So I've got no sympathy for him. He already got his footage so he could get a nice amount of views on his FaceTube channel, but he spent 45 minutes tailing him? Jesus, where can I get that kind of free time?

What seems like the private driver/owner of the Lambo gettting fed up with being shadowed on the highway for over 40 minutes by someone who isn't highway patrol/law enforcement. If someone was shadowing me like that on the highway, for that long, I'd be a bit agitated as well. Take five minutes worth of video and be done with it! People have been shot for less.
